Please let us know if you or anyone in your group has a dietary restriction when you purchase your tickets. If we know in advance we will work with our partners to try to accommodate your needs.
Most of our tours last 3-4 hours. Please check the tour description for specific details.
All itineraries listed can accommodate 10 guests on a single tour with one guide. We are happy to provide multiple guides for larger groups. Adjustments may need to be made to accommodate groups larger than 10 so please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance to make arrangements.
Gratuities are not included in the tour price and are greatly appreciated by our guides. The amount of the tip is at your discretion but a good rule of thumb is 10% of the tour price.
Yes, there is free parking available near the beginning point of each tour. We do ask that you allow enough time for parking and walking to the meet-up point indicated in your pre-tour email. This is especially important during the holiday season when downtown Grapevine is especially busy. We are the Christmas Capitol of Texas!
Each tour has a different starting location in downtown Grapevine. The exact location is sent to you in an email prior to the start of your tour. We refer to this as your "pre-tour email."

Yes, you can reschedule your tour when you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your tour start time.
We do not have a waiting list for our tours. If a date and time is sold out we may add an additional tour that day. If you don't see availability please email us at owner@grapevinefoodtours.net to let us know what date your are interested in taking a tour.
Tickets must be purchased in advance. To maximize your chances of getting the day, time and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance. Tickets can be purchased with a credit card. Cash and/or walk-ups the day of the tour are not accepted. Click the link below to book a tour.
All tickets purchased are refundable 48 hours prior to the start of your tour. No refunds are given for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your tour's start time. Refer to the emails you received for your start time and address your tour starts at.
Yes, all guests must purchase a ticket even if they don't plan to eat at every stop. The ticket price covers the cost of all the food tastings and other costs incurred by each participant. Accommodations can be made if you communicate with us at least 48 hours before the start of your tour.
All our tours are held rain, shine, heat or cold. The exceptions are weather conditions deemed dangerous. In the event of dangerous conditions we will contact you to reschedule. Please check the forecast for the day's weather conditions, bring an umbrella if necessary, and dress appropriately, especially during our Texas summers!
Each tour serves enough food for most of our guests. With the combination of drink and food tastings along with breaks when walking from one location to the next, most guests are comfortably full after our food tours.

Our tours are curated for 21+ years old to participate. Young adults can participate if we are informed at least 48 hours prior to the start of your tour. Guests under 21 years of age are expected to be able to listen quietly when our partners and guides are sharing information with the group. It can be difficult to hear when walking down the street or in a full restaurant so we need everyone to be respectful of their fellow tour guests.
Over the course of a 3-4 hour tour we walk approximately 1 mile. We walk short distances, then stop for food and drinks, then walk to the next eatery for food and drinks. Each tour includes several sit-down stops for about 30 minutes each.
Please dress casually and wear comfortable walking shoes. We will be walking on city streets and sidewalks so you need to be able to navigate uneven surfaces safely. We conduct our tours rain or shine so check the weather forecast and bring whatever accessories you need to be comfortable.
